Our Production Process
Step 1. Raw Material Selection & Preparation
This is where solid wood and engineered boards are prepared for production. We use automated cutting machines, CNC routers, and high-precision saws to ensure accurate dimensions and minimal material waste.
- Cutting and shaping solid wood, MDF, plywood, and particleboard
- Moisture control and wood drying process to prevent warping
- Sorting and quality inspection of raw materials
Step 2. Precision Cutting & Shaping
The advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines create precise cuts, intricate designs, and detailed joinery. This ensures that every component fits perfectly before assembly.
- Automated carving, drilling, and slotting for precise joinery
- Custom cutting for decorative panels and intricate designs
- Multi-axis machining for complex furniture components
Step 3. Joinery & Assembly
Once the components are shaped, they move to the assembly line, where skilled workers put together furniture using high-precision joinery techniques.
- Frame assembly, doweling, and mortise-and-tenon joinery for maximum durability
- Sanding and surface preparation before finishing
- Structural reinforcement for weight-bearing furniture
Step 4. Surface Treatment & Finishing
This is where furniture gets its final color, texture, and protective coating. Using automated spray booths and hand-finishing techniques, we ensure a flawless, even application.
- Paint, stain, and protective coating applications
- Custom finishes including matte, high-gloss, distressed, and brushed wood
- Multi-layered coating processes for scratch and water resistance
Step 5. Drying & Curing
Once finished, furniture must undergo proper drying and curing to ensure that coatings are fully bonded and resistant to damage.
- Temperature-controlled drying for even curing of paints and coatings
- UV and heat treatments for faster, stronger finish adhesion
- Final surface polishing for a smooth, high-quality touch
Step 6. Quality Control & Inspection
Before any piece leaves our factory, it undergoes rigorous quality checks at multiple stages to ensure flawless craftsmanship.
- Dimensional accuracy and surface finish inspections
- Weight-bearing and durability tests
- Compliance verification for formaldehyde emissions, strength, and finishing standards
Step 7. Packaging & Shipping
We ensure that every order is securely packed to prevent damage during international shipping. Our packaging solutions meet drop-test standards for e-commerce and retail distribution.
- Customized packaging options (flat-pack, mail-order, or assembled)
- Protective foam, corner reinforcement, and shrink-wrapping
- Palletized loading and container optimization for efficient shipping

Final Quality Control & Inspection Process
Once production is completed, every piece of furniture undergoes a series of rigorous inspections to ensure it meets structural integrity, surface quality, and durability standards before being packaged and shipped.
Visual & Dimensional Inspection
- Surface Inspection: Checking for scratches, dents, uneven coatings, or paint/stain defects.
- Color & Finish Consistency: Comparing finished products against approved samples to ensure uniformity.
- Dimensional Accuracy: Verifying that all parts match technical drawings and customer specifications within ±1mm tolerance.
Structural & Load-Bearing Tests
- Weight Capacity Test: Applying static and dynamic loads to chairs, tables, and cabinets to ensure they can support their intended weight capacity.
- Joinery & Stability Check: Assessing the strength of mortise-and-tenon, dowel, and screw joints to confirm structural stability.
- Leg & Frame Stress Test: Applying pressure and simulated movement to ensure legs and frames do not wobble or weaken over time.
Functionality Testing (For Mechanically Operated Parts)
- Drawer Smoothness Test: Ensuring that drawer slides operate smoothly without resistance or misalignment.
- Door & Hinge Durability Test: Checking door hinges and soft-close mechanisms by opening and closing 10,000+ times in simulated real-world conditions.
- Extension & Folding Mechanism Test: Verifying that adjustable table extensions, bed frames, or foldable components operate without failure.
Environmental & Durability Testing
- Humidity & Moisture Resistance Test: Simulating various humidity conditions to prevent wood expansion, warping, or cracking.
- Temperature & UV Exposure Test: Exposing furniture to heat and UV light to test resistance against fading, discoloration, or material degradation.
- Scratch & Abrasion Resistance Test: Using steel wool or specialized equipment to test surface coating durability against daily wear and tear.
- Water & Stain Resistance Test: Applying common household liquids (water, coffee, wine, etc.) to check surface protection.
Packaging & Drop-Test Inspection
- Protective Packaging Check: Ensuring each item is wrapped with foam padding, reinforced corners, and shock-absorbent materials.
- Box Drop Test: Simulating potential transit damage by dropping packaged furniture from different angles at industry-standard heights (1.2m for mail-order packaging).
- Vibration Test: Simulating long-distance shipping conditions to ensure furniture does not shift or get damaged inside packaging.
Compliance & Certification Verification
- Formaldehyde Emission Testing: Ensuring that all wood-based materials meet E1/E0 standards for low VOC emissions in compliance with European and North American regulations.
- Safety & Stability Compliance: Verifying that products meet EN, ASTM, and other international furniture safety standards.
- Labeling & Documentation Review: Ensuring that all export documentation, barcodes, and product labels are accurate and compliant with destination country regulations.
Once the power tiller arrives at the destination port, additional charges may be incurred for handling, storage, and processing at the terminal. These fees cover the unloading of the container, moving it through the port, and storing it temporarily until it is cleared by customs and ready for pickup or delivery.
